Game starts lagging after first half.

I am playing on PC. I start the game everything is super responsive, I reduced all the graphics etc to minimum. I start the game first half is perfect and then break happens game starts lagging. My FPS drops incredibly. Game finishes and back to menu everything is smooth again.
