Game turning to 5-10 fps for no reason

I just scored to make it 4-4 at the 91st minute, its extra time break in the menus then my game suddenly just runs at 5-10 fps and i can do absolutely anything about it so nice my whole 15min just got thrown out the window because of some **bleep** bug that was here since THE BEGINNING OF THE GAME, I VE HAD THIS PROBLEM FOR A MONTH NOW EA FIX THIS
