Game winning bug

I was playing champs then I won this game at the 91st minute then it shows the screen at the end where you've won and it says continue I press that then automatically got kicked from ea. I couldn't then log back in. So I had to close my game re open it then when I logged back in it showed me the disconnection thing then when I held it down I then went to my champs and funnily enough the game I just won counted as a loss and took a game off me.
