Gameplay slow motion

I've got this problem since the time it came out. I played it times and times again each update and it remains the same. The only solve I found is by making my fps limit to 30 fps. It is torture to play with only 30 fps all the time. When I set anything above that fps, the gameplay become 0.25-0.5x speed. This is really unplayable. I wasted my money for this slop. I am using a Laptop Nvidia RTX3060 with intel i5 11th gen. When I set everything to high or whatever, my fps is fine I don't experience any stutter or problem except the slow motion gameplay. Again until this problem is solved I won't play this sloppy game. Literally torturing me with having 30 fps limit to at least enjoy the gameplay. EA fix this please. Stop focusing on your Ultimate Team and please OPTIMIZE your game.
