Gauntlet

I got on today with two entries an only needing 3 wins left to complete the obj I ended up winning my first two and losing the third by 1 goal and when I finished the game I went to do another entry and when I tried it said I was out of entries and that I have -1/2 tries left and I wasn’t able to get my last win to finish the obj and get all the rewards is there a way to solve this and I’ve been looking if other people are having this problem and I can’t find anyone else so idk if it’s js me
