Get disconnected everygame on PC

Constantly lose connection in UT, it's playable. Started with the odd game a few weeks ago and has just progressed to being every game now and it's unplayable.

About to just uninstall unless anyone has a fix.

Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900K (3.20 GHz)
32.0 GB RAM
RTX 4090

WIN11 24H2

SKY ISP Wired connection (Reset,removed every other device)
650 Down / 80 Up

Done all Windows updates, Updated BIOS and Drivers

Tried Google DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) and Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1)

Tried with VPN (Nord)

Using the EA App with EA Play Pro membership
Uninstalled and Re-installed the EA App and Game
Also tried installing on a different drive, same issue

Tried the fix other posts mention of deleting
AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 26

Tried Leaving al the settings as default, change all to low,meduim ultra etc.
Tried in windowed, bordless and full screen, same issue.

Added the EA app, anticheat and FC26 to the firewall exception

Tried disabling the firewall

Tried running the EA App, anticheat and FC26 as admin, same issue

Uninstalled Valorant's vanguard anticheat

BattleField 6 works perfectly fine running via the EA App
Every other game workd perfectly fine
FC25 used to work fine.
