Getting kicked out in rivals

This has happened to me two times in a row now and its starting to **bleep** me off. I get into a game of rivals and suddenly I get kicked out. Even though the score was 0-0 it still counts as a loss. I get into my next game and I play the full 90 minutes. The game ends 6-4 to me but before I get the match coins I get kicked out of ultimate team. When I come back again the game counted as a loss and I get nothing. I was close to promoting but now im a far behind. What the **bleep** is the problem with the game??? How hard is it to create a good game without gamebreaking bugs and gliches?? EA if you see this I want my points and place in rivals back and I want 94 ronaldinho, 94 cruyff and putellas 92.
