Hello. As per your instruction, I went there but I encountered another issue. As you can see in the attached Screenshot Connection Score, it shows "No Data Found." One possible reason for this is that I haven't been able to complete a single online game because I keep getting the "Unable to connect to the EA servers..." error mid-game. This happens in Seasons matchmaking, Clubs, UT Play & every other online mode I've tried. Shared Usage Data was turned on while I was attempting to play the match.
I have also attached my ISP score in case it helps. If there's any additional information you need from my side or anything more to do from my side, I'd be happy to provide & assist further. Thanks
You should still get results even when matches disconnect. Are you on a wireless connection by chance?

Hello, I am getting results (ALL LOSS) whenever matches disconnect (I've attached a screenshot of my Seasons journey) but somehow this is not affecting the Connection Score. Also, NO, I am not using a wireless connection. I am using a broadband connection.
After your previous message, I tried playing another Seasons online match (as usual, I got disconnected mid-game) to check whether it would count toward the Connection Score. However, it still shows "No Data Found."
If you'd like me to play a few matches in a specific game mode or change anything in my system or in-game before playing, I can do that as well. Thanks

Normally, disconnects mean you have packet loss. Let's see if these connection troubleshooting steps will help. If they don't, try contacting your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues with your connection. Thanks!

Hello EA_Aljo after your last response, I have contacted my ISP. They have tried each & everything possible from their end for the last 24 hours- allowing me to test their gaming optimized package, changing my ethernet cable with connectors, configuring my router, rebooting the router to everything they could check. But the end result is zero & that issue is there. I'm pretty much sure the issue is on either EA's side or my PC or related to my account.
I am also attaching my Connection Quality Report screenshot as it is now available on my account all of a sudden.
Can you please help me out for one last time to check or at-least help me connect to someone who can check thoroughly or internally what's actually happening here? Thanks
