Hello, I am getting results (ALL LOSS) whenever matches disconnect (I've attached a screenshot of my Seasons journey) but somehow this is not affecting the Connection Score. Also, NO, I am not using a wireless connection. I am using a broadband connection.
After your previous message, I tried playing another Seasons online match (as usual, I got disconnected mid-game) to check whether it would count toward the Connection Score. However, it still shows "No Data Found."
If you'd like me to play a few matches in a specific game mode or change anything in my system or in-game before playing, I can do that as well. Thanks
Community ManagerNormally, disconnects mean you have packet loss. Let's see if these connection troubleshooting steps will help. If they don't, try contacting your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues with your connection. Thanks!
