glitches in club transfers for kickoff mode & subbing players in liverpool

me and my brother we make our custom teams to play kickoff but in several teams like Liverpool Real Madrid Bayern Chelsea etc for specific high rated players the team count shows only 19 players in the team which enables the cannot transfer player due to having only 17 outfield player glitch. lots of players therefore are not available. how do I solve this never faced this problem in the last 10 fifa/eafc
