Glitches within Footballer Career Mode

A few issues I've noticed within the game mode, beyond the obvious that I've seen mentioned previously (no interviews pre/post match).

1. If the game is raining, playing on the player moments option causes the passes for each moment to fail. In some instances the ball is stopped dead when the moment starts, in others it travels at inhuman speed out of play before any individual has touched it. This pretty much makes the game unplayable if it occurs.

2. Losing cup games if the match goes to penalties. In the same mode, if you go to penalties, you lose the game. You will not have the opportunity to take a penalty even if your player is number 1 in the order, you just watch the deciding penalty. Even if you watch the CPU take and miss the penalty, with the animations suggesting your team has won, the match will go down as a 0-0 draw, with the calender and fixture stating the CPU won 0-0 on penalties.
