Goals/Teams etc not being announced over stadium tannoy

Hi

So ive noticed when playing FC 26, as the home team my players never get announced. Nor do they when they score. Even the way team goalscorers dont get announced. However when I play in a German stadium for example, the goalscorer gets announced. 

Ive also found when playing in English stadiums the home team line up gets announced as well as the goalscorers, but ive noticed this seems to only happen for London based teams. 

Does anyone have a solution? I know its not a massive issue but it does take something away from career mode, and all other modes.
