Gold untradeable Mbappé missing from club

I’m cross-posting this here because I already shared it in the Ultimate Team forum, but since this may also relate to a technical or sync issue, I wanted to include it in this section as well for visibility

On October 10 around 5:16 PM EST I packed a gold untradeable Kylian Mbappé on FC 26 (PS5) — this was my biggest pull ever and I even took a screenshot right after. Later, I noticed he was missing from my club.

He’s not in Quick Sell Recovery, the transfer list, or any of my squads. The only thing I can think of is that the squad builder might have unintentionally added him into an SBC I completed soon after packing him, but that absolutely wasn’t my intention — in many years of playing FIFA/FC, that’s never happened before. So it could also be some kind of glitch or data-sync issue that caused the card to disappear.

I’ve tried to reach EA Help multiple times but keep getting disconnected or hit with the “issue isn’t supported by advisors” message, so I haven’t been able to speak with anyone.

If any community manager or EA rep sees this, could you please help escalate or have someone review my account logs? I’d be extremely grateful — this card meant a lot to me.
