about i still not received the fc points from ultimate edition…

yea i bought fc26 ultimate edition before the day that really released.after downloading i saw that i didn’t get any fc points and i decided to find ea help.they told me i can get those points right before 26/9.after few days waiting,i still doesn’t get anything.so i found ea help again and again.one of them told me to find playsation for help and i really did.and the interesting thing is they told me to connect with ea because fc points distribution is all about ea.i did again.this time i got a advice is come here to post my case and looking for help.anyone can help me right here please?🙏🏿
