Gray screen

I am experiencing a serious problem with my copy of EA SPORTS FC 26 on PlayStation 5. When I start the game everything seems fine, but once I enter a match the pitch appears completely grey instead of green.

I have already tried several troubleshooting steps (restarting the game, restarting the console, checking settings, etc.), but nothing has resolved the issue. The field remains grey during gameplay, making the game unplayable.

Could you please advise me on how to fix this, or confirm whether this is a known bug that will be patched soon?
