Cheaters EA Cheaters

I know, you are small indie company and you don't get enough revenue to have a good developers so you have a good anticheat system but EA... Can you at least get hired a person who can review reports and send feedback? Tens of my request were ignored and I haven't received any feedback about them. New seasons - new cheaters - same ignoring.
