Hacked

hi. 
so on the 5th October I logged into my companion app to find all my tradable players sold and all my coins gone. Up on searching into this I have seen there was a IP log from The US & I am a UK citizen. 
I have tried multiple times on different platforms to get through to EA with them saying “this isn’t a problem for this solution” and not letting me join any live chats. Also can not for the life of me find a UK EA number. 

24 hours on and I’ve had no luck with a response from EA. I wouldn’t care as it’s only 400k in game currency but I spent my hard earned money 1) buying the game & 2) buying fifa points in order for a head start on the game (wrong I know haha). Any solutions would be most helpful
