Hairstyle is removed

I purchased the Mullet hairstyle for Clubs mode from the seasonal shop for 500 EA FC Points. However, after starting a match, the hairstyle disappears and my player becomes bald. It feels like I paid for nothing, as I cannot access the content I purchased.

I had same problem and i found the solution you have to delete the profile from settings then go profile then click on delete now u have to delete everything (except ur career mode if u play.) After that restart the game :) enjoy
