Hairstyles and accessories not properly equipping

It could just be me, but it seems like a couple of the hairstyles and face wear that I have purchased don’t equip properly. Whenever I do equip a specific hairstyle, whenever I save it, it ends up leaving me bald. Same with a couple of the face accessories I have bought. Equipping it and then saving it doesn’t equip it at all. Anybody else experiencing this?
