Haven’t been able to play the game even tho I got the ultimate edition

It dosent let me play the game I try to play but every time after I finish a game it says there was a problem with the servers and it’s been almost a week and I haven’t been able to play the game even tho I payed 40 dollars more to get it before the regular users and I spent a lo of fc points trying to play draft to get disconnected
