Haven't got my ultimate edition rewards

I pre ordered the ultimate edition and haven't got any of my rewards, I'm not sure if I had to pre order buy a certain date but even still it didn't say that anywhere when I went to buy, I didn't buy pre order just for early access I pre ordered for the rewards aswell been playing since fifa 14 so it's just so annoying to see this happen, sort it out ea.
