havingproblems loading into fc26

two days ago i went in my xbox series x and load up fc26 using the free 10 hour trail and after trying to connect to the server my game freezes with no sound i need help to fix it. the stuff i have done is took my account off and reload it again and doesn't work. =another is clearing the cache of the game.
