Hello EA Support,

Hello EA Support,

 

I opened a pack in FC 26 and received a duplicate player, while I already had a previous version of the same player in my club.

 

The duplicate card was added to my club, so I sold the old card. However, when I tried to use the new version that I got from the pack, I was surprised to find that it was not in my club at all.

 

Now, I have lost the old card I sold, and the new card I received from the pack has also disappeared.

 

Please check my account and restore the missing player.

 

Issue Details:

  • Game: FC 26
  • Issue: Duplicate player disappeared
  • What happened: The old version was sold, and the new version was not added to the club
  • Player name: Lamine Yamal
  • Date and time of the issue: Monday, November 17, 2025, at 4:50 PM

  • 702Ramzi​ Have you checked the duplicate storage? Go to any random SBC and find the SBC Storage tab. Duplicate cards aren't automatically added to your club.
