Same Problem here my friend. I woke up and someone changed my email and mobile number on file. My account was compromised because of their 2-way factor breach. Now whenever i followed the steps to get my account back have to go in circles to find a solution. Filled out a form for their security department and all i got was an automated response. I even sent a proof of picture. I had to create a separate account so i can even talk about my frustrations with trying to get my account back from EA. I doubt they even care to get our account back to us at this point losing faith and hope for EA.
