FC 26 PS5 unable to connect to EA servers
Hello,
I’m having a persistent connection issue with EA servers / Ultimate Team in FC 26 on PS5.
Error message:
“EA servers are unavailable, please try again later” / “unable-to-connect”.
The issue started after I had some account-related message in the Companion App saying that something had been fixed on my account. I accidentally closed the message and could not read the full details. Since then, FC 26 on PS5 cannot connect properly.
What I have already tried:
- Restarted PS5 completely, including unplugging power
- Cleared PS5 cache
- Rebuilt PS5 database
- Deleted local saved data for FC 26
- Reinstalled FC 26 completely
- Tried home internet and mobile hotspot — same error on both
- Changed DNS to 1.1.1.1 / 8.8.8.8
- Disabled IPv6 on the router
- Checked EA domains from PC/Mac: ea.com, help.ea.com, signin.ea.com and accounts.ea.com are reachable on port 443
- Companion App / EA account login works
This does not seem to be a local network issue because the same error happens on different networks, including mobile hotspot.
Could you please check my EA account, PSN connection/linking, console session, and Ultimate Team profile status? It looks like something may still be stuck on the account or UT profile side after the previous account fix.
