Help me launching the game

Question

I just bought FC 26 on steam, but when I try to load it up it says "starting anticheat"

After that it says "Launching Game" and then just closes ands takes me to the EA app library.

Is there anyone who could help me fix this so I can play the game?

Hi there, and thanks for joining our forums. Here are some steps you can try first if your game does not launch on Steam.

Fully close Steam, EA App, and FC 26 in Task Manager.
Make sure you don't launch the game in compatibility mode with any older system version.&nbsp;
Go to C:\Users\&lt;your Windows username&gt;\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 26 and delete fcsetup, settings, and Umcache. (AppData is a hidden folder.)
In Steam, run Verify integrity of game files for FC 26.
Repair or reinstall EA Javelin,&nbsp;then restart the PC.
Try launching again with overlays/background apps closed first (Discord overlay, MSI Afterburner/RTSS, Xbox Game Bar, mod tools, VPNs, other anti-cheat tools). If needed, also try running Steam and EA App as administrator.
Run a clean boot mode.&nbsp;
