Hello 

On September 13, 2025, I purchased the FC 26 Ultimate Edition on PlayStation for $90. The PlayStation Store page clearly listed that the package included the FC 25 93+ ICON.

I have a screenshot saved in my gallery (attached) that proves the ICON was advertised as part of the bundle. There was no mention anywhere of an August 26 cutoff date.

However, EA support is refusing to grant me the ICON on that basis. This means I was misled by the advertisement on the PlayStation Store.

👉 I request immediate resolution: either deliver the advertised ICON to my account or provide fair compensation for misleading advertisement.
