Can’t play Early Access Elimination

I’ve just played the tournament twice and now it’s not appearing on my menus at all, so I can’t enter it again. I haven’t used my five entries either. 

This is the third major bug I’ve experienced recently. My Clubs progress is also not being recorded in my SP objectives and my ranking is showing as 0 despite my high stats and number of games played.
