Horrible FPS bug! Settings don't change anything

Im experiencing a horrible FPS bug basically since i bought the game. Its all fine and smooth when i start the game but then after a cutscene my fps drops to 5-15 and its just unplayable. I’ve tried ...

I have the same issue. And i have RTX 3050 and an i5 12450H. Any helpers??
