PRO CLUBS CANT PLAY GAMES

Some guy joined our pro clubs team. We finished our game everyone exited but this guy didnt exit the end of game menu and went AFK and now we cant play anymore games as hes still in the menus. I kicked him from the club but hes still in the match lobby in starting 11 and jts been 30 mins and still says waiting for club mates to return.
