How to get a refund?

How do I get a refund.  Please don't delete the message.  I have the right for a refund. I bought a product that doesn't not work at all. Could not complete a single game without crashing . I just...

    Hello majd8​,

    please check out this article to see how to get a refund. You can find the refund policy there and if you fall within the criteria, you can fill out the form in the refund tool to request a refund.

I am tired . Been whole week of just trying to get the game to work. 

Game just crash 2-3 minutes after starting no error message nothing just quit to desktop.

I need my money back I can't see why refund option. The total of 3 house I have in game are just me trying to get this game to work. No matter what I did or changed the game crash after 2-3 minutes. 

Every other game works fine for me, and my specs above recommend by far. 

And I don't wanna try more solutions, just so tired of it. And simply want my money back. Faulty product. 

I bought it in EA app.
