How would I know the game is BROKEN if I only have 24hours ... I been trouble shooting the whole past week . Unable to finish 1 single game. Always crash .

I am tired . Been whole week of just trying to get the game to work.
Game just crash 2-3 minutes after starting no error message nothing just quit to desktop.
I need my money back I can't see why refund option. The total of 3 house I have in game are just me trying to get this game to work. No matter what I did or changed the game crash after 2-3 minutes.
Every other game works fine for me, and my specs above recommend by far.
And I don't wanna try more solutions, just so tired of it. And simply want my money back. Faulty product.
I bought it in EA app.
