HUGE DELAY WHILE PLAYING ONLINE

I am encountering a delay of 5-10 seconds each time i try to play this game on pc , it is unplayable for the moment since the last update , also there is a delay on every set piece liek corners or free kicks in addition to that 5secs delay , Is there a solution yet ?
