Huge input lag on rivals

So, I start playing the game on 60 fps with 60hz because I play in my TV and the games run well, the day after, I just experienced an huge input lag that makes the game unplayable, I watch a lot of videos do optimize my settings, nothing works until I put 30hz and 30 fps but for god sake I’m not playing at 30 fps in 2025. 

TODAY I’m lagging at 30 fps, what’s going on with this game ? Everyday is getting worse ? 
I don’t know what else to do, I can run squad battles smoothly so its not my pc.

can anyone help me ? I submit a ticket to ea and not a **bleep**ing answer? After the money I spend they can’t even answer a ticket ? What a trash 

After 5 year without playing ea Fc because the game was getting worse every year, I purchase the game and I’m rewarded with an unplayable game…
