I brought the ultimate edition and haven’t received my content

I haven’t revived the 2nd months worth of points and I haven’t got the season at all since I brought it Tbh I just want what I brought 80quid gone down the drain I might of well just brought the standard edition can someone in ea pls sort this out and get my season pass as a paying customer we should get what we pay for
