Every time i try to connect to the servers it says that the servers are unavailable.Any information about this,and its not an internet or pc problem.

I get this issue every couple of days for hours at a time. Played this morning, now I hope on this afternoon and have the issue. Clearing the cache seemed to fix the issue, but I hope this doesn't have to be done every time
