I can't log into the game
When I try to start the update, I get a "Installation failed" error and I can't access my profile. I've repaired, uninstalled, and reinstalled the game, but I haven't found a solution. Please help.

Community ManagerHey there! Please check your antivirus and firewall settings and make sure the game is allowed as an exception. Also, see if changing the installation folder helps — the default install location is usually best, but you can change it in the EA app settings.
Yes, I've tried everything, checked, deleted, installed it on different drives, and checked the files, but I'm still having the same problem and haven't gotten any results. I don't want to delete the profile.
