I can't login into the FC 26 web app and the companion app

I can't login into the web app or the companion app it's says EA account server unavailable also I have attached the screenshot below of what it says

    This is likely because you haven't played FC 25 on that account to unlock early Web and Companion AppsYou will need to play FC 26 in order to unlock it.

I cannot get on the app on any devices and web browsers. There is no issue with login and password, only with connection.
