when i open it seems like loading up but when it says that the game is starting it randomly disapers

Have u managed to resolve that issue? Bcs I have the same issue and idk how to resolve that.
Does the window look this this before crashing? That's the farthest the app gets to before it closes in mine. Also tried opening on another laptop that has never launched a fifa game too. I have yet to find a solution
