    If the suggestions I shared earlier with you didn't help this time, please also try switching to a different connection before you attempt to redeem access to the Champions competition again.

    It looks like you're getting a connection error. Using a different network might help us isolate the problem.

    • I 've tried everything...and happens again. I'm really tired of your bugs, mistakes...call them as you want...is june...in 11 months of game always same **bleep**...

    Hey gi0rginh027​,

    I hope you were able to play before the time ran out! If this happens again, try to restart the modem/router at home and the console. It looks like you were getting a connection error; the connection might be involved.

    Also, you could try deleting your active squads on the Companion app or the Web app, set up a new empty squad as active, then try again to start a match.

    Sometimes restarting the connection and refreshing the squad data is all it takes.

    Let us know if you're still getting this error afterward.
