I CAN'T PLAY!!!

I bought the game through eneba and since last night I continue to encounter a problem, despite having successfully redeemed the game and played it without problems, now the game has disappeared from the library and I can no longer even access the web app, resolve as soon as possible also because I'm not the only one having this problem!
