I could not get rivals rewars last 2 weeks!

this it big problem. I could not get my rivals rewards last 2 weeks.  I was div 3 and  for now I am  on div  4  but still didnt get rewards! why??I sent e mail for help but doesnt replied. Fix this problem pls
