I did not receive my ICON package after purchasing the ULTIMATE EDITION

Hello EA, I bought the Ultimate Edition and didn't receive the icon

Hello EA, I bought the Ultimate Edition and didn't receive the icon.

I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of FC26 too late to receive the Icon Pack, so yesterday (22/09) I subscribed to EA Play Pro to get the Icon Pack and the additional FC Points. However, after 24 hours, both are still missing. I did receive the loan player picks and the FUT Draft Token, but not the other items

i just buy fc26 ultimate edition for my ps5 but i didn’t get icon card can someone help me please 

Can someone help me it may be because I had played the free trail before buying but still I don’t have the pack 

You only get an Icon if you ordered before August 26th - flabbergasting how many people claiming “missing Icon” do not know this!

Bought ultimate today because my trial ended and I’ve actually been enjoying this FC but haven’t received most the benefits you get with the ultimate edition hoping it will get fixed as I’ve never bought the ultimate edition for this game so don’t know how quick things get resolved 

you would be able to win the icon ONLY if u buy the game until august 19th(if not wrong), but if u bought it today, u dont won it
