I did not receive my ICON package after purchasing the ULTIMATE EDITION
It said in the package that it would include a 93+ ICON Player Item that I did not received after buying it and start playing.

i just buy fc26 ultimate edition for my ps5 but i didn’t get icon card can someone help me please
You only get an Icon if you pre-ordered before 26th August!
On steam it's different if im not mistaken you can get it until 29 September, they changed it.
EDIT: I talked with the support team, if you bought the edition before 26 August you can get the icon, otherwise, you can't get the icon. On image above is 93+ icon for EA FC 25 not 26.. So you get only premium pass and 2k points (6000 over 2 months)i hope i can get it
