Fc26 - objectives are not working (ultimate team)

Good morning,

Im long time player but decided to skip fc26 for launch. 

The game was added to ps plus and there there is world cup so It was a nice opportunity to play some virtual football/soccer.

My big concern was time based events and rewards, if you want receive specific rewards you have to play in determined time windows.

I have joined in time for prime heroes event and it was great for new account to receive player cards. Unfortunately my objectives tracker is not working / not counting progress and didn't receive any of them. I have submitted two cases and talked with chat with no results. 

Once I have been told that my account is out of sync with server and need to reset PS5 and internet connection. 

Second time I have been told that they are aware of the issue and player across the world ale reporting the same. They assure to continue playing the game and there will be compensation in favor of players.

So i tried again and again. The event has ended and I have received no players cars or packs. Yesterday even daily objectives are no counting for me. So I put my time into a game and have almost no progress. If I receive  300 coins per match I can't do any progress. However transfer market is working for me correctly. 

Now I can't open my cases again and can't connect chat.

I'm lost, what a joke and waste of time.
