I did not recieve my player after completing futtieshero

As stated in the title, I did not receive the player ramirez  after completing the futtieshero challenge,  this is the second time I'm facing  such issues without and explanation which I find unfair. I would like the recieve the player I rightfully  deserve after putting  my time into getting  it.
