Unable to find teammates in Pro Clubs Rush matchmaking with teammates

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing a persistent matchmaking issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 on PlayStation 5.

My EA ID is CodeFlash24, and my PlayStation Network ID is Thismangucci.

When I search for a Pro Clubs Rush match with my friends, the game keeps searching for teammates for a long time and eventually displays the message that it was unable to find players.

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Changed to a different Pro Club.

Restarted the game and the console.

The issue was previously occasional but has now become permanent.

The problem only occurs when I search for matches with friends.

Since I can play normally after being invited to another player's party, I believe there may be an issue  with the matchmaking service associated with my account.

Could you please investigate my account and verify whether there are any matchmaking restrictions or server-side issues affecting Pro Clubs Rush matchmaking?
