I didn’t receive some of my premium rewards

In the FC season premium pass, in the tiers 27, 29 and 30, I didn’t get the premium awards, it’s not in my ultimate team or anywhere else, I have checked multiple times. I’m supposed to have received...

Hello,

I've merged some posts here to avoid duplicates.

We understand some of you are unable to get the premium rewards for the level 27, 28, 29 and 30.

If you are not seeing a green tick, it's most likely visual. We've reviewed some accounts and we can confirm that those premium packs were received.
