I didn't receive my purchase

i have bought almost two weeks ago 1,050 fc points and i didn't receive them , the money has been taken from my bank account and still haven't gotten anything , i have contacted support 100 times for the past weeks and i keep getting told to wait but they never end up doing anything and it's getting really frustrating , i would really like someone no notice this message because i feel like i am getting ignored and this is making me lose the passion  for this game as i haven't been playing at all these days because i am very mad , thank you.
