I got a glitch ban

Out of nowhere I got this ban, it says I’ve reached my limit on bidding and buying actions even though I can still do these type of actions. I went to ea support and they told me to wait 24 hours, those hours passed by the way and it still shows me this ban shown in the photo. The screen in the photo only shows when I try to sell players. So far ea help has been useless for me, I tried submitting an appeal no one answered and now I can’t even get help at all, because it says “This issue isn’t supported by advisors”. So now ea forums is my only hope, please fix this. To the community managers, I can give you all the case numbers to show you 24 hours have passed.
